How to prepare the PAN photo
- Click Choose photo or signature and pick a recent passport-style photo (plain light background, face clearly visible).
- Keep the PAN photo 2.5×3.5 cm format and drag the rectangle so the face is centred.
- Keep 20 KB and click Crop and save. The file is saved at 197 × 276 px — 2.5 × 3.5 cm at 200 DPI.
How to prepare the PAN signature
- Sign on white paper with a dark pen and photograph it in good light.
- Choose PAN signature 4.5×2 cm and fit the rectangle tightly around the signature.
- The limit switches to 10 KB automatically. Click Crop and save. The file is saved at 354 × 157 px — 4.5 × 2 cm at 200 DPI.
The documents: up to 300 KB per page
For the proof documents, scan in black and white at 200 DPI and keep each page under 300 KB. If a PDF is too heavy, use Compress PDF and type 300 KB in “Other”; if you only have photos of the documents, convert them with JPG to PDF first.
