How to extract pages from a PDF
- Click Choose PDF. The number of pages appears next to the file name.
- Type the pages you want, separated by commas, with ranges using a hyphen: 1, 3, 5-8. Use 10- to go from page 10 to the end.
- Choose All in one PDF or One PDF per page.
- Click Extract pages and download.
Typical uses
- Sending only the pages of a contract or report that matter to someone.
- Saving the signature page, the summary or a single invoice from a long file.
- Pulling a chapter out of an e-book or course handout.
- Getting just the pages a portal asks for, so the upload stays small.
Order and quality
The pages come out in the order you type them — 5, 1, 2 puts page 5 first. Nothing is recompressed: text and images stay exactly as they were. To remove pages instead, use Delete PDF Pages; to move pages around visually, use Organize PDF.
Private
The new PDF is created in your browser. Your file isn't uploaded.
