How to resize the photo and signature for a form

  1. Click Choose photo or signature.
  2. Choose the format the notification asks for: Photo 3.5×4.5 cm, Photo 200×230 px, Signature, Signature 140×60 px or Thumb 240×240 px.
  3. Drag the rectangle over the face (or the signature).
  4. The maximum size follows the format — 50 KB for photos, 20 KB for signatures — and you can change it (10 KB, 100 KB…). Click Crop and save.
  5. Repeat with the signature, then upload both files to the form.

How do I make the file exactly 200 × 230 pixels?

Choose “Photo 200×230 px”: whatever area you select, the file is saved at exactly 200 × 230 px.

My photo comes out below 20 KB. Is that a problem?

Some forms require a minimum. Choose “No limit” or a higher limit, or start from a larger photo.
