Your files
The FreePDF Desk tools run entirely in your browser. The files you select are processed on your own device and are not sent, stored or seen by us or by third parties. When you close or reload the page, they no longer exist in the browser's memory.
Technical exceptions: to convert HEIC photos in browsers that can't open that format on their own, the site downloads a conversion component from a content delivery network (jsDelivr). In the Sign PDF, Edit PDF and Fill PDF Form tools, the fonts shown on screen are loaded from Google Fonts. These downloads only bring the conversion program or the fonts; your files, your signature and what you type never leave your device.
Browsing data
Like any website, our hosting provider may record technical access data (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security and operation. We also use a visitor statistics tool that doesn't use cookies or identify individuals. We don't use this data to identify you.
Ads and cookies
FreePDF Desk shows ads from Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on those visits.
You can turn off personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings and learn more at How Google uses cookies in advertising. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you will see a notice asking whether you accept advertising cookies.
Your rights
Under the data protection laws that apply to you (such as the GDPR in Europe, the UK GDPR, California's CCPA or India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act), you may ask about the processing of your personal data and exercise your rights of access, correction and deletion. Since we don't receive your files or any registration data, we generally hold no personal data about you. For any request, write to contato@freepdfdesk.com.
