How to merge PDF files
- Click Choose files and select two or more PDFs (you can also drag them in). Photos and images in JPG or PNG can be added too.
- Use the ↑ ↓ arrows to put the files in the order you want. The first one in the list becomes the start of the PDF.
- Click Merge PDF and download the combined file.
Combine PDF and JPG in one file
Many applications ask for “a single PDF” with everything: the form, a copy of your ID, a photo of a receipt. Just add the PDFs and the images together — each photo becomes an A4 page, upright and with a small margin, in the position you choose in the list. HEIC photos from the iPhone work as well.
When merging PDFs helps
- Sending all the documents for a job, visa, loan or university application as one attachment.
- Joining the pages of a document that was scanned in parts.
- Putting together invoices, receipts or bank statements of the month.
- Combining chapters or assignments into a single file to print.
Pages stay exactly as they were
Merging doesn't recompress anything: text, images and quality are copied as they are. If the final file is too large for the website you are sending it to, run it through Compress PDF afterwards. Need to reorder, rotate or delete individual pages? Use Organize PDF, which shows a thumbnail of every page.
Private by design
The files are combined in your own browser — nothing is uploaded. That matters when the documents include IDs, bank details or contracts.
Frequently asked questions
How many PDFs can I merge?
There is no fixed limit. Dozens of files work fine; the practical limit is your device memory with very large documents.
Can I merge PDF and JPG files together?
Yes. Add the images with the PDFs: each photo becomes an A4 page in the position you choose. JPG, PNG, WebP and iPhone HEIC photos are accepted.
How do I change the order of the files?
Use the ↑ ↓ arrows next to each file. The list from top to bottom is the order of the final PDF.
Does merging reduce the quality?
No. The pages are copied exactly as they are, without recompression.
Can I merge PDFs on my phone?
Yes. It works in the browser on Android and iPhone: choose the files from your phone, set the order and download the result.
